Terms of Service
By downloading or using Monibu (the "App"), published by Tuwenti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What Monibu is
Monibu is a gamified personal-budgeting app. It helps you log spending, build streaks, and get playful, AI-generated feedback. Monibu is not a bank, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Free use and Monibu Pro
- Free: Monibu includes a free tier — you can log expenses each day up to a limit and sample the AI features (auto-category, voice add, an AI coach reaction) so you can try the experience. These free allowances may change over time.
- Monibu Pro unlocks unlimited logging, voice add, the AI coach, full stats, all coaches, and all gamification. Pricing and any free-trial length are shown in the App and on the App Store before you subscribe, and may vary by region and change over time.
- Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store, billed to your Apple ID, and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. AI-generated content
AI features (auto-category, voice add, coach reactions, council) can be wrong, incomplete, or playful in tone. Use judgement; do not rely on them for financial decisions. See the Privacy Policy for how AI inputs are processed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes others' rights.
5. Your data
Your expense data is stored on your device and in your iCloud. You are responsible for keeping access to your device/Apple ID. Our handling of analytics, subscription, attribution and AI data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its content, designs, and trademarks are owned by Tuwenti or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. You keep ownership of the content you enter.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuwenti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. Subscription cancellation is handled through the App Store.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
